VRF Advocaten. Unconditional excellence in flexwork.
Sander van Riel
EXPERTISE: providing strategic advice to management boards and conducting proceedings, dismissals and reorganisations, contracts, collective agreements law, ABU-CAO and NBBU-CAO collective agreements, conducting cases against the Foundation for Compliance with the CLA (SNCU) and the Statutory Pension Fund for Personnel Services (StiPP).
“For every step a client takes, I take two.”
As attorney-at-law Sander works with decision-makers on legal issues, but also provides strategic advice at corporate and management level. Sander supports entrepreneurs in their efforts to establish a prominent presence on the flex market by taking pre-emptive action. He constantly develops this broad advisory role using a multidisciplinary approach.
“In just a few years, we have become an authority in the flex work market. Our track record includes successful projects for top companies. Our client base already includes twenty to thirty percent of the flex market.”
Naturally, success never comes automatically. It is also a question of mentality. Unconditional is a word that suits VRF Advocaten. To fight tooth and nail for the client and to always think in terms of solutions. To think outside the box if the situation calls for it. To balance the commercial interests, the market situation, the elasticity of the organisation and the operational management as a whole. Assess the full spectrum and then make your point, Sander says.
