“To become a specialist means that you sometimes have to be headstrong.”
As co-founder of VRF Advocaten, Hendarin is completely at home in the world of flexible employment. She listens, follows and then comes up with every possible route to legal solutions. She uses them for her clients, all of which are companies operating in the field of flexible employment – both on the supply as well as the hiring side. As attorney-at-law and entrepreneur she understands what drives the entrepreneur, understands his or her interests and considerations. If you combine this with the law you will find the pot of gold.
“The more you stay true to yourself, the more unique you will be”.
Together with Sander, she founded VRF Advocaten in 2015, starting the first law firm in the Netherlands that focuses exclusively on the flex market. A firm unlike any other. Not only in terms of subject area, but also in terms of work ethos. Keywords to describe her are courage and commitment. The courage to strike out on new paths and express a different vision. The commitment to contribute ideas, deal with problems creatively and have a different, fresh perspective on important issues concerning flexible employment. Hendarin enjoys sharing these qualities. She is a popular speaker, organises meetings and publishes in online and offline media.
Hendarin Mouselli has registered employment law as her principle legal practice area in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar. On the basis of this registration, she is obliged to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this registered field of law, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar. She is also a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
